¡ÈLessons learnt in Japan from adverse reactions to the HPV vaccine: a medical ethics perspective¡É published in IJME

Medwatcher Japan had sent the ¡ÈRefutation of WHO GACVS (Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety) statement on Safety of HPV vaccine (December 17, 2015)¡É to the committee on November, 2016.

Following its submission, the team members of Medwatcher Japan who authored the statement amplified it and wrote an English article by adding discussion from the ethical perspective considering issues behind HPV vaccines including conflict of interest and the history of lawsuits for drug-induced sufferings in Japan. The article was submitted to and published in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics (IJME) in April 2017.
